In collaboration with Italian Trade Agency, Federazione Italiana Cuochi UK, and the Italian Embassy, Andrea has also brought his expertise to educational and cultural events, highlighting the timeless appeal of traditional Italian cuisine. He maintains an ongoing partnership with Federico II di Enna, where he teaches students about Mediterranean eating, classic Sicilian recipes, and the importance of high-quality ingredients.
